the firehouse

Saturday was my boyfriend's sister's wedding reception at the historic Firehouse restaurant in Old Town Sacramento. The reception took place on the outside terrace and could not have been more beautiful.They opted for a cupcake tower instead of a cake that had chocolate, carrot, and lemon cupcakes with lemon curd in the middle. They were amazing-I ended my evening with a chocolate and then a carrot, but don't worry I had the lemon the next day.
