tea time
h&m dress, jeffrey campbell clogs, mama's pearls, alexander wang cat sunglasses
I'm backkkkk. I celebrated my 25th birthday with a high afternoon tea party at The Palace Hotel. High tea is such a special experience and something I recommend everyone try. Thanks Ari for setting it up!
I specifically bought this dress from the H&M Garden Collection to wear for my tea and by bought I actually mean I went to H&M the day the collection came out, accidentally left with the wrong size, realized at the end of the day when all of the dresses were sold out, located the very last one that happened to be my size in LA, coerced my Dad who still lives there to pick it up and mail it to me...of course. I also wanted to wear something of my mom's and the pearls fit the bill.
{the moroccan mint tea was my favorite}
{tea sandwiches}
{scones and pastries}
{The Shining?}
make a wish....
What a beautiful way to celebrate! My bridal shower was held at an old manor converted specifically for Tea Parties and it was so lovely, I'm always trying to think up more excuses for High Tea! So sweet of your dad too!
