I remember almost two years ago I was at work uploading online ads that had a synthetic blood drink called "True Blood" to promote HBO's new show and I thought it was super weird. That all changed when I literally watched the season 1 on demand (i love on demand) in one sitting and I was hooked. If you haven't started watching, get season 1 on your netflix stat. HBO is going to release an actual True Blood drink and it's one of the first types of promotion of it's kind in advertising so it's pretty exciting. Not very often a product in a movie or tv show comes to life. It's really a blood orange soda and you can order it at hbo.com. It's $16 for four bottles and the bottle is an exact replica of the bottle in the show so that's kind of cool. It doesn't ship until after the finale though so that's no fun because if I were going to get it it'd be for the finale! Oh well. Side note: Sookie and Bill aka Anna Paquin and Bill Mohyer are engaged in real life and they are randomly one of my favorite couples. How cool would it be to not only get to work with your boyfriend everyday when normally your job requires you to be apart but start something together from the beginning and have it be so successful?
